Bespoke training program for your salon and your therapists
I have been working in the beauty and holistic therapy industry for over 15 years.
Not only do I absolutely love what I do, but I have a multitude of skills that I’ve learned and polished over the years and I’m eager to pass them on.
I have created a very unique training solution for individual therapists, salons or spas. I’m able to come into your environment for as long as you need to learn theoretical or practical skills without any strings attached. As this training is very bespoke to your individual needs, terms and conditions will be discussed directly with each and every client, but here are some points to consider.
- I don’t represent any company and I am not upselling any products
- I’m not looking for an employment in your establishment
- I don’t provide you with any certificate, which reduces cost of my service
- I can work with your staff for as little as few hours or as long as few weeks
- I am fully insured for all the therapies and services I will be teaching
What I can teach you
- More therapeutic way to do your massage. I don’t teach a specific style, but I am known for waking up the massage therapist in you, teach you the right way to work with the body and find an enjoyment in massage therapy
- Revamping your facials. I will help you to turn your basic facial into true pampering without having to take on an expensive product range. I am a skincare specialist and I can teach your therapist how to understand different skin problems, treat them and how to sell products that their clients need.
- Aromatherapy – This is a real trend and many salons use aromatherapy without understanding this powerful art or knowing the benefits. I can do a talk for your salon so that Its easier to sell the products you might be stocking and using, or I can teach your therapist simple ways to use oils for massage or facial.
- Many colleges don’t teach hot wax and intimate waxing. As long as you have willing models, I can teach your therapists to be skilled and confident waxers!
- Threading – Simple but difficult. Until I show you how you can master this gem of a technique with a little bit of practice.
- Therapist finishing school. Do you have brand new therapist who needs overall training in basic salon treatments such as manicures, pedicures, eyebrow shape or eyelash tint? Let me spend some time with them to bring them up to speed.
What I don’t teach
- Gel or acrylic nails, nail art
- Permanent make up
- Microblading, eyelash extensions
- Specialized facials such as microdermabrasion, or acid peels
